Shipping
We ship to all areas based on zip code and weight. We will mail International packages the most economical way available. You will be charged at cost plus $2.00 handling. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost that are sent without insurance. You will also be responsible for any taxes, duty, or custom fees.
Out of Stock Items
Out of Stock Items can be ordered and we will email you with the date that the product will become available for shipment.
Returns
All returns must be authorized by calling us and getting a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This must accompany the returned item. After seven days we will not issue an RMA. After calling us and getting an RMA number within the first seven days after receipt, we must receive your product by 21 days in the original packaging and in the same quality as was sent. Refunds are usually Not Given on shipping fees. We try very hard to send the best quality products to our customers, and letting us know why you are returning something helps us to maintain our level of excellence.
